Maple Butter

*1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
*1/2 C Butter (softened)
*1/2 C Maple Syrup
*1 Egg Yolk
*1 Stiffly Beaten Egg White

Thoroughly cream all ingredients except egg white.  Fold in egg white.

Serve with French Toast
