French Toast

*2 eggs
*1/2 C Milk
*1/4 tsp. Salt
*1 Tbs. Sugar
*1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
*1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Whisk all ingredients together and put in shallow dish.  Dip texas toast or other bread into mixture and cook on buttered griddle.

(I often double this)

Serve with Maple Butter
