Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Wrap

 Ingredients (makes 2 large, 4 small)

2 Chicken Breasts

Salt

Pepepr

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Smoked Paprika

1 egg white

crushed cornflakes

40 g mayo

1/2 tsp chili puree

20 g honey

1 tsp. hot sauce (sirracha)

Tortillas (large)

Chopped Lettuce

40 g grated mozzarella


Season Chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika


Dip chicken inot egg white, shake off excess, then dip into cornflakes.  Press to adhere.


Air fry for 17 minutes at 370 degrees, turning half way through.


Mix together mayo and chili puree.  Mix honey and hot sauce together in seperate bowl.

Drizzle honey sauce over hot chicken when done baking.

Warm up tortillas, add chili mayo, lettuce chicken and cheese, fold into burriot and toast seams on pan.
