Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 Tb flour
2 medium onions, chopped
2 C catsup
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 C V-8 Juice
2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tb brown sugar
1 Tb mustard
1 bay leaf
Directions:
Saute onions- add beef and brown. Sprinkle flour over meat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour, serve on buns with cheese (provolone or swiss).
