Texas Caviar

-1 can corn
-1 can black eyed peas
-2 tomatoes
-2 avocados- chopped
-1/4 cup oil
-1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-2 cloves minced garlic (I just do 2 tsp crusher garlic)
-1/8 tsp pepper
-3/4 tsp salt
-1 tsp cumin

Mix all ingredients together, EXCEPT AVOCADO. Marinade one hour or overnight, add avocado right before serving. Serve with chips
